Return policy.

Because we print each garment specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or design regrets once production has started.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a large run. Sizing charts are available on every product page.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from your approved proof, we'll reprint or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

Report any issues within 14 days of delivery. Email info@dataprousallc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (front, back, and the defect close-up).

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, or before production has started — whichever comes first.

Once your order moves into production you'll receive an email confirmation. After that point, cancellations are not possible.

Garment sizing follows the manufacturer's published spec sheets. Slight variation between batches is normal.

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to fabric color, weave, and ink interaction. Pantone matching is available on bulk orders — ask us before checkout.
